This product was extremely easy to assemble. It's simple, yet classy. I was very pleased to find that it has ALL WOOD components instead of that cheap particle board. It is sturdy, yet affordable.

L-Shaped Computer Desk with "X" Design in Black Finish Review

L-Shaped Computer Desk with X Design in Black Finish
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this desk a few months ago. It arrived about 3 days before the scheduled date. It came with everything. Very easy to put together. I only paid 99.99 at the time. and a week after I recieved it the price dropped down to 69.99. I see the price went up again. So if you want this desk but do not want to pay that price. then wait a week or so and keep checking the price because it changes very often. The desk is exactly how it is pictured and you can chose was side you want the keyboard tray on. The metal frame that you see on the floor is used to place your computer tower in, there is no tower that is small enough to fit. but no big deal. Anyone who wants to be able to place your mouse on the trey with the keyboard will be disappointed because the slide out trey is small it only fits the keyboard.

Walker Edison Solo Desk Review

Walker Edison Solo Desk
Average Reviews:

This is not a very sturdy desk. I'm actually quite unhappy with it. I'm no stranger to assemble-it-yourself furniture, but I can't think of many pieces that come out so very wobbly. While I'm shopping for a better desk, I've got this one held together with tape. It's a good height, and it looks great, but it's very poorly made, and that makes for a bad work station.

Small Computer Desk With Maple Finish Review

Small Computer Desk With Maple Finish

The desk furniture is ultra compact and utilitarian. Installation is easy if you know how to read barebone instructions and deviate from the them when necessary. The modern look will not add any pizaz to your workspace but it is functional for a laptop setup and ideal for basic desktop configurations. The biggest drawback is that the shipping and handling makes the price unreasonable for the product delivered.

Sauder Computer Desk Review

Sauder Computer Desk
Average Reviews:

This desk is about what I'd expect for $200. It is what I expected to get based on the pictures.
The directions are complicated, although if you follow them carefully, it works. Took me at least two hours and a lot of floor space.
If the desk is to stay in one place, it will be sturdy. However, I plan to have to move this desk twice in the coming year and I don't trust it's construction to stay together. Instinct is to grab a desk like this by the desk-top when lifting but the connectors that hold the top to the supports seem weak and I'm concerned that it will break apart during the move. Also, to make moving easier, I would want the heavy hutch to be easily detached, but this is not allowed by the design.
3 stars because my panels had two cracked veneers on visible surfaces once assembled. The removable laptop tray is neat in concept (a surprise to me after assembly) but is poorly designed - the supports have already cracked from mild stress/normal usage. But I don't use that tray anyway.

Whistler Corner Computer Desk Shaker Cherry Review

Whistler Corner Computer Desk Shaker Cherry
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a solid desk that is fairly simple to put together and has a good quality fake-wood veneer on particle board. But shame on me for not noticing that the shelves are not big enough to put a PC tower. I'm not really sure why they put in cutouts for cables behind the shelves because there's pretty much nothing except maybe a small tower that would fit down there. Our PC tower is now sitting on the floor, next to the desk. It should more correctly be called a "laptop computer desk". The only other complaint I have is the drawers, which don't have proper slides, but instead rest on pieces of folded carboard that also form the bottom of the drawers. Hard to explain, but they won't stand up to repeated use.

Walker Edison Soreno 3-Piece Corner Desk, Black with Black Glass Review

Walker Edison Soreno 3-Piece Corner Desk, Black with Black Glass
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I was in the market for a smaller L-shaped glass top desk and found it on Amazon $50 less than O-stock. Since I love quality reviews when considering a purchase I'll cut the long winded stream of paragraphs and hope this list form helps you with your decision AND assembly:
+ Asked for 2 day shipping - received in 2 days
+ Packing was sufficient to protect contents from an apparent drop in transport
- Styrofoam is used as padding and therefore it will get everywhere
+ All parts are labeled with small removable stickers that match the directions
+ Extra screws, bolts are enclosed 'just in case'; an allan wrench is included but you will need your own philips head screwdriver
+ The glass is solid black and not smoke aka it is not see-thru
+ The black glass is great to help hide cables and has a very sleek look
+ This top will smudge over time but you will appreciate the mirror effect =)
o If you are putting this together by yourself it may be easier to do step 2 with it laying on its side just to start off
o If you want the keyboard on the right side switch parts 2/4 with 6
- Not all the suction cups hold that well (don't worry the glass shouldn't fall regardless)
+ Despite the frame being thin the assembled desk is quite sturdy
- The case stand is pretty much worthless on carpet but at least it matches
+ This is tempered glass so if it breaks it will not shatter into sharp pieces
- There is only enough room for a standard keyboard on the tray; tray clearance to the bottom of the desk support is only 2.25" and will only pull out ~6" past the edge of the desk
o There are smaller holes on the keyboard tray (part 7) that are not necessary - hide these holes by making sure they are facing down in step 5
o If you opt to not use the keyboard tray I would suggest to still install the keyboard frame (part 4) to maximize stability (just rotate the 2 arms horizontally so they don't poke your legs)
+ I'm 5'10" and did not have any issues with my shins hitting the lower cross bar
o It may help to move the completed frame into place before installing the glass; setting up and laying out your computer lines first saves a lot of time and headaches if you plan on having this in a corner
o Total time from setting the box down to the last piece of glass installed was about 35 minutes (I've done a lot of home assemblies so it may take about an hour for a complete beginner)
I was honestly surprised because in the past I've bought particle board desks that were pieces of garbage in the same price range. Overall this was a fantastic item (and a total steal) for $100 with free shipping. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a smaller glass top corner desk.

Z-Line Belaire Glass L-Shaped Computer Desk Review

Z-Line Belaire Glass L-Shaped Computer Desk
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I got this desk three months ago based just on the looks of it on Amazon. I think it looks better in the photos here than in my room, because almost all of the space is occupied by something. One thing I did not realize, and which the photo does not show, is the fact that the miles of wiring for two computers, printer, speakers, router, etc., will show right through the glass. I will have to work on that with tubing or something. The other thing to note is that the steel frames on the desktop - two outer and two inner - are not flush with the glass. This is a good thing for the outer edges, but the inner frames could be a problem if the monitor is lying on it, or if you want to place your mouse pad over it, which I really wish I could. The frame is about two millimeters above the glass. The glass top has moved a little whenever I have moved the monitors. But other than that, I am pleased with the desk, especially for the price.

Bestar Hampton Wood Home Office Corner Computer Desk in Tuscany Brown Review

Bestar Hampton Wood Home Office Corner Computer Desk in Tuscany Brown
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I spent about 5 1/2 hours putting this desk together. This arrived on a pallet and is very heavy. The deliver guy will not put this desk in your home. They can put it in a garage or by your front door.
At first glance this can seem like an overwhelming project once you get the box open and sort out the parts. It's manageable to do for one person but the instructions recommend two. This is time consuming. Not ever part was labeled clearly so keep that in mind when your looking for part #73.
The desk is stunning when its completed. Its sturdy and of very good quality. I find it very ergonomic and I would highly suggest this to someone who is at their desk for extended hours. The price of this desk goes up and down very frequently. Try to buy on a low day to make up for the shipping cost.
