(More customer reviews)I'm very disappointed to have ordered this product and received one with sharp nubs on it, intended for use on a carpet. In speaking with their customer service about receiving the wrong item, I have been told that this item is listed in error on Amazon.com and that they do not have this product at this time. I am awaiting email instructions that are supposed to come in a day or two on how to arrange a pick up to return the item for credit. :(

(More customer reviews)Okay, so I needed to set up an office on a small budget, so I bought these chair mats. Could I have learned my lesson with the other cheap stuff I bought? No, apparently not. These mats are placed on very low pile commercial carpet and they still rut. The wheels of the office chairs just sink into the light plastic like it wasn't even there. The mats actually make it harder to move the chair than just rolling on the carpet. And, the little grippers on the bottom don't hold. The mats move around. Yikes. Well, the shipping was free. That is a plus, right? Now I know why there was such a big price difference between these and the good ones!

(More customer reviews)This is a good floor mat for the money. I would recommend this floor mat if you have an office chair that is on the smaller size. I underestimated how big my chair is, Steelcase Leap Chair, and it barely covers enough. I would think the Herman Miller Aeron chairs would also have this problem. If you a chair of equal size, then go with the bigger size mat as its a PIA to return this and you probably will end up just keeping it and making due.
Mine also came folded vertically. I've seen similar chair mats at Staples and Office Depot folded in a simliar way so it is common but be aware that yours will most likely come folded as well and the crease is permenant and probably the weakest stress point on the mat. They really should show this in the photo or put that in the item description.
Mine is also a blueish tint but it is not an eyesore in any way and it is somewhat transparent.
I have added a photo which shows you what the mat looks like as you would receive it reflecting both the fold and bluish tint.
