(More customer reviews)Old flimsy fold-up "card type" tables are a thing of the past with modern molded plastics. Blow molded top is extremely strong and rigid. The steel legs with arch supports fold flush into the top with steel clips to secure them. The folded table is less than 2" thick and can be stored under a couch as another reviewer noted. I bought this to use as a sewing machine table because of limited space in my one bedroom apt. I'm sure I will be using it for many other task. It is a nice size for this as well as many other uses. I definitely recommend it to anyone needing an multipurpose folding table. Excellent product and worth its price.

(More customer reviews)This laptop table is functional and works fine for using a laptop while reclining or laying down. It requires that you place velcro pads on your laptop in order to keep it securely in place on the table. I don't care to have those pads on my laptops when I am not using the table. I found that it did not work for my netbook because I did not apply the velcro pads. I think it would be better if the velcro strips were replaced with a non-skid type of material that didn't require putting any pads on the computer.
It does not fold for storage and is not very portable, unless you are willing to disassemble it every time you want to store or transport it. It took me some time to figure out the assembly instructions, but mastered it after a couple of times. I have a very small apartment and found it took up too much space to leave assembled.
I am returning the table because of the above reasons. But someone else may find that it meets their needs.
