(More customer reviews)Well, we read the great product description... however we have not had any luck getting the cutter to communicate with the computer. We've gone through the manual, searched on line, looked for customer support... NOTHING. We've even had our computer expert try to set it up with a different computer. We're following Amazon's steps now to try and contact the maker, and hopefully get some resolution. I will update.
