I'm using it to keep a handgun away from my child and I have confidence it will do that while giving me fast access to it. Also, the interior light was not functioning so I filed an exchange order and received the replacement the NEXT DAY!!!! I was also given good instructions to print my free return label. I'm very happy with this safe and the customer service and would recommend this product especially at the price. ps...this is NOT a water/fire proof safe so know that going in.
