(More customer reviews)Chair mat arrived in a very timely manner, and well packed. The problem is that it was curled up to ship it, and the lip still hasn't uncurled to lay flat, even after months of use. Also, the nubs on the back don't grip our carpet well enough, so it slides a bit. The plus side is that it is VERY sturdy and I'm sure won't ever split or crack like our old one did.
