It shipped well-packaged so it didn't have any damage from transit (which I was a little worried about, not knowing what to expect) and it actually arrived earlier than scheduled which was cool! The desk is just as described and it gives you a choice to two different color drawer pulls. The only downside, which actually isn't too bad, is that it took me about 4 hours to assemble--but I put it together all by myself, and have no experience assembling stuff like this, so if you are experienced or have another person to help out it might not take you as long. But I found the directions were pretty easy to follow (you just have to be patient and not in a hurry). However, I would recommend laying everything out first and seeing what's what before you start jumping into the assembly. Now that it's together I really love it; it's just what I was looking for, is a great size and style for my space, and I love the bottom file-drawer.
