(More customer reviews)For the price point, one might expect that this desk is slightly above the average of the "put it together yourself will do in a pinch" desks. It is not. It's garbage.
The materials are about what you would expect. The problem lies in the shoddy workmanship of the parts. Speaking of parts, there are over 30 individual pieces, not counting the hardware. This desk is a LOT of work to put together ... if you can get it put together. I couldn't.
The holes are painted over, not drilled properly or missing all together, making it difficult or impossible to assemble. Even if you do get all the pieces together, because the pieces only sort of fit together, it wobbles.
Save your time and your money, and look for something else. If you really have fallen for this desk, I don't recommend buying it online (as I did), because it's not fun to try to ship it back out.
Incidentally, I'm not quite sure what brand name this desk is being sold under, but in reality it's Techni Mobili's Kansas Computer Station.
