Although I was a bit worried about ordering such an item on line, I must say that I was completely satisfied. Item came exactly when they said it would be delivered by. It came in a truck and two guys brought it in for me. It was packaged well and all items were as described. After setting it up, it looked just like in the picture, so we were quite content. After several weeks of having the item in my house, my daught mentioned that it was missing a screw in one of the draws and that was why it wobbled when opening it. I contacted the company via thier email on Amazon. They literally answered my email within minutes. I had alread thrown away the manual and wasn't sure of the item number, so they emailed me the manual. I sent them another email with the item number that I needed and again a response in minutes. I am an avid shopper and have to say that I was completely impressed with their immediate response to my inquiries. They sent me the missing screws and the desk is just perfect.
