(More customer reviews)I ordered a desk from MyStyles2Go. Everything arrived ontime and in great condition except for one small chip on the glass desktop. I figured since the chip was small I wouldn't submit a claim for it. I just thought I'd have a hard time proving it didn't happen during assembly, so I never tried to get a replacement part. I did, however, mention the chip with my original feedback. The same day I wrote the review, I received an e-mail from MyStyles2Go saying they would replace the glass top at no charge to me. In hindsight, I should have just contacted the seller and told them about the chip, but I've ran into trouble trying to return things before (with other stores, not MyStyles2Go) so I just figured it was a lost cause and I'd have to live with the chip. I was ever so pleased and amazed when they contacted me and set everyting right without even asking them to! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!! and I apologize for not contacting you first. Superior Service!!
