(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend. His work requires him to sit in front of a computer for around 10 hours a day, and he was always complaining about lower back pain. His chair is at the normal right angle, and they say that it can be more comfortable to sit on a sloped surface, so I thought it was worth a shot. Since he has been using this product, his back has been much happier and he has had an easier time working. Contrary to my fears, he does not slide off his chair, despite sitting on downward slope. As an extra special treat, I am asked for fewer back rubs, so I win too!
I recommend this product to anyone who tends to experience lower back pain from sitting for extended periods of time.

(More customer reviews)I work on my laptop in Starbucks, other coffee shops and in public libraries a lot. I developed a case of "Study-butt" over the past three months of intense work. Bought this Car Cush on Amazon. What a relief! Amazingly comfortable, and just the right level of firmness, for me at least. Took all the pressure off my tailbone, and cough cough, related areas and gave that promised "tilt" so that I sit more upright. I felt a bit goofy walking into Starbucks with this the first few times, but got over that - no one seemed to care. I'd highly recommend this as a gift for anyone doing the cafe/office thing.

Kensington Memory Foam Seat Rest (L82024) Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this pad because my legs were getting numb from poor circulation due to the bad padding in my office chair. I spend eight hours in this chair so I needed it to be more comfortable. I purchased this pad hoping it would do the trick. Unfortunately it does not.
I am 6' 2" tall and weigh 260 lbs. My waist size is 40". I am a big guy.
Here are the pros and cons:
Pro - Well made, memory foam is great stuff when used in thick enough pieces.
Pro - Will probably work well for imps and elves.
Pro - Price is reasonable.
Con - Small seat area. Leaves approx. 2" of normal office chair seating surface uncovered.
Con - Too thin. Compresses to a hard 1/2" thick rubber pad.
I would not recommend this pad to anyone over 100 lbs. Seriously. The foam is not thick enough to support even that amount of weight. It would need to be larger (additional 2" to 3" width and depth) and thicker (additional 2" height) to really function properly. If you are over 100 lbs. suggest either buying a nicer chair, or purchasing a bigger cotton stuffed pad.
