(More customer reviews)After 18 months the bolts would not open anymore and we had to get the safe drilled open by a locksmith. The customer service can be summerized as a busy signal 99% of the time. BTW. It took the lock smith only 10 minutes to drill it open. Not very secure. He also told us that many customers have similar problems with these safes.

(More customer reviews)We have used this safe for years, moving it from place to place, and opening and closing it many, many times. It is very sturdy. It looks and works the same as when it was new. We like the simplicity of the lock and key. This, too, is just as it was when it was new. It closes tightly and opens easily, once the key is turned. The handle is sturdy, too, and although we've hauled some pretty heavy things in the safe, even the handle is as new. We're very satisfied.
