(More customer reviews)I know it might sound a little crazy to feel this strongly about a mechanical pencil, but I CANNOT overstate how great this one is. The weight is perfect, the grip is not too hard or too soft, the barrel isn't too narrow or too bulky... I used one of these when I had to write a 3-hour comprehensive exam for my MA and it was a lifesaver! Obviously my hand hurt by the end of it, but it was far more comfortable than it would've been. Plus the pencil grips the lead firmly so it maintains a nice thin line, which significantly improves legibility, even when you're in pain :) It's true that the eraser is on the small side, but I find that to be the case with most mechanical pencils. I carry a retractable eraser anyway, so it's never been an issue for me.
I used to own two of these, but I lost one about a week ago. I came to Amazon *just* to buy two or three more "just in case". THAT'S how great this pencil is.
