(More customer reviews)I purchased this chair from Amazon because it looked like those I had seen in stores. I would normally only buy a chair after having tested it first. This one came unassembled and it was easy to assemble. It seems to be made very well, my problem is that no matter how tight I get the bolts it still makes sounds when I get into the chair or apply weight to the arm rests. I wrote to the seller and received no reply. I still like the chair, as it is very comfortable and very nice looking. I just wish that the company would back up its product with at least a response as to how to fix the problems.
